These guys saved me from getting a new car! I was told I needed a new transmission and I took my car to them to get a second opinion and they were honest and fast with my repair. I didn’t need a new transmission, I was lied to by the dealership and wouldn’t have known if these guys hadn’t taken a look at my car! They’re honest and have great pricing.

The staff at Cincinnati Transmission Specialist were very patient with trying to work through using outside auto insurance. Unfortunately my transmission was not covered. Though not covered the team ordered a replacement and subsequent installation. The price was a bit higher than expected and a rather painful. However, they did an excellent job and my car is running much smoother.

Brandon and team were absolutely fantastic. Explained what was happening with my transmission, why it likely needed to be replaced, and made the decision easy. After getting my car back, it drives like it was brand new with 130k miles on it! Sort of embarasing that I didn't realize there was a problem much earlier, but these guys handled everything and did a phenomenal job. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Dustin, Josh, and the rest of the Cincy Transmission team were great! They were able to get me in quickly, inspected my vehicle in a timely manner, and were courteous enough to give me a ride to and from my home. Definitely recommend giving this shop a try.

Good timely service, and I'm sure they did a great job as they have for the past 30+ years. But the price is getting out of control. I had a quote at the same price from the dealer. (Albeit the dealer was going to resurface, not replace, the brake rotors)
